If you’re looking for affordable health services for you, your family or even household help, you may want to check Health First.

For as low as P500 a year, you can avail of Yellow Membership. This includes unlimited primary doctor consultation, 10% discount on specialist consultations, laboratory and diagnostics, and medical house call service.

For P1,200 a year, you can avail of Pink Membership. This consists of one free annual physical exam with laboratory and x-ray plus ECG for 40 years old and above. Also included are unlimited primary doctor consultation, 20% discount on specialist consultations, laboratory and diagnostics, and 15% discount on medical house call service.

I personally got a Pink Membership for my mom’s household help. She has been a part of our family for the 30 years and we treat her as a family member. I give her the Pink Membership as her health benefit since she’s hypertensive and is under maintenance meds (which I also pay for).

Do check this great service. You can visit the HealthFirst website for more details.

Hi, Pinay and Money. Your blog is very interesting. I saw this post today and am aware that this one was written last 2010. I am wondering if you know other companies that give services such as these? We also have a household help who’s been with us for more than 30 years. We got her a Lifeline Membership 16-911 before but the service is mainly for emergency quick respons (EQR). Do you know other companies like Health First that is near in Paranaque? Thank you.
